As far as we know it is only CKD Boats cc who cut the Toylander panels using marine plywood and with finger joints rather than wooden cleats which take so long to apply and add to the body weight?

Two wheels laminated together make for a nice thickness steering wheel, radius the edges for a better feel.

The lightweight marine plywood we use makes for a lighter body build, so worth the cost to the upgrade over MDF or other similar materials.
