There are a number of ways but the best idea is to start by using our Superform bending plywood.
We also have the flexible veneers to compliment the plywoods.
Both of these examples have used what we call cross or short grain, which means the grain is along the 1220mm direction.
The sheet size is the old 8' x 4" or 2.44mtrs x 1.22mtrs, the grain can be supplied either long or short direction. The thickness stocked is 3mm, 5mm and 8mm, the product is CE aprooved, its also water proof.
