I was an RCYC member when Bill Rabinowitz had his volume published, it was a short run and its possible most were pre orders?
Bill was at the club the evening the volume was released, with my order ready for me I was fortunate to get my copy signed that evening.

I was asked by a blog viewer in Austria recently about finding a copy and I know the RCYC itself was trying to locate a spare copy last year, are they now collectable?
