The Proteus 106 sailing catamaran by Angelo Lavranos

One of our Lavranos designed Proteus 106 kits being assembled in Caracas,Venezuela, this is the view from the stern.

Caracas in Venezuela, Erminio has been building his boat the right way up,this makes a lot of sense to me,you can see whats going on,get inside the boat and walk around, plus you do not have to turn the boat over later.

This is Ricks boat in Thailand, its boat number one of the design and not from one of our kits but from plans available from Angelo Lavranos at NZ$3600,Rick has added the boarding steps and and the cockpit awning, they are not in the kit we offer,we can supply the extra materials to do those additions  of course.

This design is a great package, for a 35ft yacht its got a whole mass of space inside, four sleeping cabins, two loos, galley, saloon and a large spacious bridge deck too.Our package is based on the materials list from Angelo, thats all the Stringer timbers, epoxies and glass cloth, around 130 sheets of plywoods and some removable MDF stations when the hull is sheathed over.We CNC  pre cut all those panels to size, thats the bulkheads, hull and deck skins, cockpit, etc.at a base price of R169,000 which is around U$24,000 its  very good value.Plans are extra and direct from Angelo Lavranos.
