Winter time in Cape Town

 This is Camps Bay,thats the sea to the left of the picture,taken by me through the trucks wind screen,I was  stopped for the red traffic lights and on my way to work on a friday morning.

Cape Town,Englands second FIFA World Cup 2010 is today.

The date is June 18th,England will be at the Cape Town Stadium tonight to play Algeria at 8.30pm,being English means England are my home team and I wish them success.

Yacht or boat mould trims

We have made and stocked teak yacht trims for a very long time and carry a large stock,this includes teak grab rails.We also make to special order in other timber species,in this case american cherry wood,other species can be beech or oak,maple etc.Small orders are made by hand,on production for quantity we CNC cut the blanks,then machine finish them.

Toylander engineering parts

We have progress on the steel fabrication parts required to fit to our Toylander kits,not all parts are in this picture,so still a few more to add,all parts will be bright electro galvanised for a long life prior to delivery.

Teak and Holly flooring supply

We can supply in either a real wood veneer on plywood,or as a more durable solid teak wood,made in strips,you then apply it with our water proof PVA glue,with a twin pack laquer as the finish,it will look good and last a long time.

Didi Mini Cruise build pictures

Greg and his father in law are making a fine job of this construction.

We cut the very first Didi Mini Transat and since then many more,we built two ourselves and for this reason we were able to expand the kit to include the boats interior,namely the bunks and water ballast side tanks,they can be used as storage bins if you do not want the water ballast option.

Gregs Argie 15 kit build progress

If you look past the bow on picture you can see the Didi Mini Transat build taking place.

Greg had an Idea to build an Argie 15 before he started his Didi Mini Transat build,while construction is different the materials and tools required are similar,both are Dix Designed,so the builders manual is first rate with either boat.
