This is car number 610 of only a run of 2500 of this 1966 model of car,all parts are restored,bead blasted clean and rebuilt,the body is quite sound structuraly but does have tin worm holes that require the skills of a panel shop,the car was originally white,with pale blue carpets and black upholstery,the body shell is blasted and primed with Sigma Coatings epoxy etch primer.The original Rootes Export invoice,Earls Court Motor Show brochures and all documents are to be included in the sale,we can ship anywhere.

This is car number 610 of only around 2500 ever made of this very rare sport engined car,it is a 1966 model and is offered either as is,all parts being rebuilt and re painted,the engine is original,it has also been rebuilt,all numbers match,we have the original bill of sale for the car and various original owners documents.Or the car can be re finished to what ever standard is required?The engineering on the block and cylinder head was done by the local Ferrari agents Viglietti Motors,Ferdie handled the work to a very high standard.

Yes and he still is,we had a visit from this Puff Adder yesterday,he was trying to get under our side garage door,we got him to move but he came right back,eventually he was caught in a swim pool net,the police came with a snake expert and removed him.The Puff Adder, bitis ariens, is considered Africa’s most dangerous snake. Its widespread habitat, large fangs, potent venom, mean disposition and willingness to bite are the reasons why this snake is responsible for more fatalities than any other snake in Africa. It can be mainly found throughout southern Africa, except in true deserts and dense forests. They thrive in rocky grasslands

Salute to Station 8 NSRI Hout Bay

The Endurance 37,Gulliver of Knysna dismasted and four men are rescued while sitting at anchor,the mast was gone,windows smashed in,the engine seized when sea water flooded the boats bilge.In one of the most heroic station 8 rescues ever attempted,the sea rescue nearly lost their own boat and lives but managed to take on board the four men in need of help,they made it back to base,just but the yacht was a total write off and later ended up ashore and very close to the Slangkop Light House,she was later salvaged and lived to sail another day,sailing to Brasil and the West Indies and return.
