The one I have has found a deposit paying customer.
If I find another Perkins 4108 that needs a rebuild I may be tempted to restore that too.

This is after a short time when the engine was started, the motor is doing about 2000 rpm, check the flywheel.
Also check the exhaust, there is no smoke!
The 1980 Perkins 4108 I have was first fitted to a Formosa 41 in Taiwan, the engine required a rebuild and a new Vetus was installed.
The engine was taken back to bare metal, etch primed and then sprayed in the correct Perkins green with imported Hamertite metal paint,
