Toylander bonnet buck

The front bonnet buck as required to take the two layers of thin Superform bending plys,I have not worked out how we will do the next step,follow the blog to find out!

Our in house demonstrator Toylander is about to be glued together,it will need a front bonnet and some closing radius pieces to go on the top of the front wings,as two Toylander kits have been collected recently its time to make the front bonnets and close pieces jigs.
